A phrase traditionally used in Forex trading but has been implemented across the Crypto space.
The term describes the asset pair being traded (typically one currency for another).
For example, the trading pair ETHBTC signifies the intent to purchase ETH with payment of purchase being made in BTC. Further, BTCUSD signifies the opportunity to purchase BTC with payment in USD.
